Marie did go out and talk to him but I guess she went home with “Toughie.”

Dear Diary, 

Well that episode is about over for Marie did go out and talk to him but I guess she went home with “Toughie.” At least not with them. She doesn’t care much. I couldn’t bother her either. 

I had to get up and get breakfast this morn. I’m rather sleepy now. Went to prayer-meeting tonight. Tired out and I’m wondering if I’ll see anything of Leigh again. Lucile said we’d never fight, we’d probably do what she and Wayne did. 

Wayne sent her a letter and she got it yesterday. She wrote him last night! Norm. played for us in Orch. today. Guess that’s all.
