Mary's Diary

romance and war in 1941

Well I didn’t play.

Sat. Feb. 1, 1941

Dear Diary,

Well I didn’t play. Aice went to Bolivar and didn’t come back until it was time to go and I didn’t get ready. Aunt Dean was sick and Mamma stayed down there. I’m to sleep with Grandma.

I cleaned my room and clothes-room thoroughly.
